Published terms will explain rate inclusions, taxes, currency, full-payment requirements for direct online bookings and deposit rules for staff-created reservations.
3. Confirmation & Availability
A booking will be confirmed only after inventory and payment conditions are satisfied. The approved text will cover temporary holds, failed payments and duplicate transactions.
4. Changes, Cancellation & No-show
Change windows, cancellation charges, refunds and no-show treatment will be inserted after the operating policy is approved.
5. Check-in, Children & Additional Guests
Final rules will include check-in and check-out times, identification, children, extra beds, occupancy limits and any associated charges.
6. Property, Conduct & Liability
The approved policy will address damage, prohibited conduct, force majeure, service changes, complaints and the governing law.
